OBJECTIVES
- To survey and identify the type and concentrations of co-contaminants (e.g., heavy metals, organic pollutants and oil) associated with microplastic biofilms on the southeast coast of India and Thailand.
- To determine the types and concentrations of co-contaminants (e.g., heavy metals, organic pollutants and oil) that are associated with microplastic biofilms on the south-east coast of India and Thailand
- Examine the impacts of microplastic biofilms and their co-contaminants on fish and metagenomic analysis of microplastic biofilms.
- To review policy engagement and collaboration with industries
